How to Get Help:
Call the TechNet Roadside Assistance line at 1-866-588-0728 and reference your invoice number from Jer’s Elite Auto. You’ll be reimbursed up to $150 for eligible services.
Reimbursement Instructions:
Pay the service provider up front.
Download the reimbursement form from TechNetProfessional.com.
Submit your receipt and completed form within 60 days of the roadside event.

Potholes, debris, nails—road hazards can damage your tires when you least expect it. That’s why Jer’s Elite Auto offers Road Hazard Tire Protection with eligible new tire purchases.
What’s Included:
Coverage for up to 3 years from the purchase date
Repair or replacement of a damaged tire caused by common road hazards
Reimbursement for tire-related repairs up to $25 per tire
If the tire is unrepairable, receive a prorated reimbursement based on the tire’s remaining tread depth
Eligibility Requirements:
Coverage applies only to new passenger or light truck tires
Tires must be purchased and installed at Jer’s Elite Auto
Routine tire maintenance (e.g., rotations and alignments) is required to maintain eligibility
